Marcus Vick: Fugitive at large

March 1, 2012
By

Former Virginia Tech star and brother of Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick, Marcus Vick, has had a warrant issued for his arrest after failure to turn himself in Newport News City Jail.

Vick received a court order to report to the jail by 5pm on Monday, but never showed, according to Kathleen Carey, a spokeswoman for the jail. Vick has now been labeled as a fugitive of justice.

The troubled younger brother of the Eagles star, was sentenced for a 10-day stint in jail for contempt of court after failing to appear for court for on two occasions for driving under a suspended license.

Vick has had numerous traffic violations and run-ins with the law since he flamed out of the NFL.

There is no sign of a one-armed man being involved.
